This is sort of a security risk.  Using lightdm + slick greeter can avoid this, rendering it back to the key-in username type.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do so,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">dnf install lightdm slick-greeter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">systemctl stop gdm (or whatever dm you are using)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">systemctl disable gdm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">edit \/etc\/lightdm\/lightdm,conf, change greeter-session to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">greeter-session=slick-greeter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">systemctl enable lighdm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">if masked, systemctl unmask lightdm first<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">then reboot.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linux default greeters list user names on log in screen.
